Step 1
The second easiest step for you. Contact us and Tom Lerch or one of our designers will come out to your property, assess your needs, develop the scope and discuss your options. Generally, our first consultations are free.

Step 2
We go to work planning and drafting your project. If additional designers, architects or surveyors are needed at this stage, we contact and include them.

Step 3
We present your plan. The presentation includes a thorough education of what, where, why and how we intend to do things. Your plan will be accompanied by a cost proposal. This is your opportunity to revise and comment. After the proposal is approved by both parties, you sign a contract. All Lerch Brothers jobs require a deposit before work can commence.

Step 4
Any, and all, permits are pulled by us. We will advise you on this process.

Step 5
John, Tom and the onsite foreman meet with you to explain the details, needs and expected duration of the job. Work begins.

Step 6
We continually communicate with you during the process to answer any questions and make sure we are delivering the best product.

Step 7
On completion, we walk you through the project and answer any questions as well as introduce your new site features.
