Step I: Introductory Consultation & Site Analysis

Our first step is a meeting of discovery. We want to fully understand your property, goals of your project, your lifestyle wants and needs for the space. On site we discuss recommendations, and then determine an initial plan.

Step 2: Conceptual Plans and Renderings
After careful consideration of your expectations for your home, we collaborate with our team of landscape designers, architects, surveyors, or whomever would be appropriate to include for your scale of job, to create the custom design for your property, lifestyle and vision.

Step 3: Presenting The Plan

We will walk through our design renderings of your custom construction, or landscape project, with an in depth description and education of our strategy, long term benefit of our choices for plantings, materials, style and structures if applicable. At this point, a budget range is presented, we collaborate with final detail choices, which determine overall budget. Lerch Brothers will then present a detailed contract to be approved prior to starting work.

Step 4: Installation

After permits have been pulled by us, our team of craftsmen begin construction of your unique design plan. Communication back and forth between Lerch brothers Tom and/or John, or foremen on the project, are important to ensure your complete satisfaction of project and process. Nearing and upon completion we will walk through the project, explain details about the work, and how to care for your plantings or structures, and site features.
